Pictured is an elaborately decorated salt glazed stoneware figural Victorian shoe offered for sale. The incised/indented shoe has numerous daisy-like designs & circular patterns, great eye-appeal. The underside is incised with the maker’s mark “A E M”. It measures 2 3/8″ in height, 5 5/8″ in length, & dates from 1870 – 1895. The miniature shoe is in excellent condition with a single 1/4 flake to the interior rim only, see 2nd Pic.
