Pictured is an uncommon & seldom seen one gallon white Bristol glazed Lincoln with Cabin pitcher offered for sale. The pitcher has detailed embossing. Lincoln is seen as a young statesman on one side, with the reverse showing his log cabin with a smoking chimney. Next to the home is an embossed stack of logs & an ax, depicting Lincoln’s image as the “Railsplitter”. Note: There is a long flat ax embossed on the handle as well. The pitcher measures 8 3/4″ in height, 6 3/4″ in base diameter, & dates from 1905 – 1925. It’s in excellent condition with a faint 1 1/4″ stress hairline on the interior rim, 1/2″ on the exterior side, near the handle. There is a minor sliver/abrasion on the underside as well, seen at 2 o’clock. Both are quite superficial. Note: The Lincoln with Cabin pitcher was produced in two sizes, half gallon & one gallon. This item is in the category “Antiques\Primitives”. The seller is “tebfam044″ and is located in this country: US. This item can be shipped to United States.
