Vintage Stoneware 2 Gallon Crock w/Lid Two Tone Brown White #2 Heavy weighs Approx. 12 LB’s. GORGEOUS LOOKING STONEWARE CROCK w/LID. NICE OLD COUNTRY TOUCH / RARE FIND. Good Condition for it’s age. All vintage items, will show there wear, from normal use and age. After looking over the two pieces, I don’t see any hairline cracks. Base of crock has several flakes and a couple of spots missing the pottery. Couple of spots measure as follows. Bigger spot measures Approx. 7/8” wide x 3/4” high. Smaller spot measures Approx. 5/8” wide x 3/8” high. The inside of Stoneware Crock and outer part, has a Beautiful Brown Glaze. Outer part of Crock, has Beautiful Drip marks in the brown glaze. The #2 is Blue. Lid has one spot on top going into the rim, with some pottery missing, measures Approx. 3/4” wide on rim. 3/8” wide on top x 1/4” high if that. (This is one spot). Lid also has the #2 on top. Both pieces overall are in Good vintage condition. Please see pictures for details. Vintage Stoneware 2 Gallon Crock Measures Approx. 9 1/8” tall without lid, and 9 7/8” tall with lid on. 9 1/2” wide x 8 1/2” deep. 9 1/2” wide x 1 1/4” high, when laying flat.
