Pictured is a quite unusual & novel yellow ware figural bottle stopper offered for sale. Is shaped in the form of a monk or friar wearing a small skullcap. The bust is highly detailed with heavy. Even crazing over the entire surface. The bust measures 2 3/4″ in length, the stopper measures 4 1/4″ in overall length. It’s in excellent. Condition with no nicks or damage & dates from 1880 – 1915.
