This Ovoid style crock is about 12in high with a 9in diameter overall. A Cobalt Floral decoration fills the field including the handles. Found in the Philadelphia area, the floral design shows the influence of Remmy Pottery designs. The only mark found is a “2” on the front. The pottery has a stable crack that shows as a tight line on the outside and a open line on the inside; there are two chips on the rim on the back side. It has typical stoneware glaze flaws; marks, stains, small clay deposits, and glaze losses. Please look at the photographs as they are considered part of the description. I guarantee it to be old and as described. We reserve the right to change shippers to the most practical for your location.
