This is a very early salt glaze stoneware sauce boat or gravy boat. The early manufacture can be seen with the applied handle and the shaped stoneware body. This has a sticker on the bottom that reads, P. DIMENSIONS: The sauce boat is 2 7/8 H. X 2 7/8 W. X 6 15/16 L..
