Character of Stoneware Jug. Offering a one gallon jug with a large tulip and stem filling most of the front. Dating about 1865, this jug is in very good condition with some minor bubbles in the thickest part of the cobalt, a small fingertip size chip on the inside of the handle, a. 75 chip on the very bottom (which is not visible upright) and overall even staining from use. NO hairlines, cracks, or repairs. A great little jug of a desirable smaller size without big expense!
