For sale here is a rare, early, antique, heavy, 2 toned in white and brown, stenciled, cork top, handled, large 2 gallon size, stoneware whiskey jug. Bal-Mar Quality Rye, Wines And Liquors, J W Waldeck Company, 105 N Howard St, Baltimore, MD on front. Large 2 for 2 gallon size. Likely dates to the 1890s. Just over 12 inches tall. A few shallow hairline cracks just in the glaze layer. Solid and sounds good. A few small chips or flakes in the glaze as well which is normal.
