This crock is 17 lb and the circumference is approximately 34 in. Beautiful early American stoneware between 1890 and 1910. It’s primary use was for water or whiskey. The cobalt blue etching in the stoneware is also an indication of how old it is there is also a slight shine to it and that is from the process of salt glazing. There is minor chipping which I took a picture of. In the appraisers words… A great piece of Americana!!!
