Pictured is an early, shapely one gallon stoneware advertising jug from Ohio offered for sale. The jug is stenciled in black with a window pane border BENTON, MYERS & CO. It measures 10 1/4 in height & dates from 1895 – 1920. It’s in excellent condition with no nicks, damage or repairs. The jug has its original “pig-eared” wire bailed handle.
