C e l es ti a l N o n e s u ch. A gorgeous antique stoneware crock pail, with wooden handle. Beautifully molded design with a floral sprig and leaves, decorating the sides are two stylized leaves which rise from the bottom up to meet where the handle inserts into the shoulders. On the back is a number’1′, in a molded rosette. It was made by the Whites of Utica Pottery between 1890 and 1907. One significant chip around rim, and several smaller ones. Some chipping on footring, which is also covered by a green felt. Exhibits signs of age such as surface wear and weathering.
