Factory in the Lambeth area of London England by Kate Davis in 1882. This Stunning Pottery Piece is constructed of two separate pieces. With a brass collar on the upper piece. This Item was originally made as an oil lamp but was converted. Into an electric lamp sometime in the early part of the twentieth century. This Lovely Doulton Lambeth Antique Stoneware Pottery Lamp. Measures approximately 34 tall overall to the top of the finial. The Pottery Jar measures approximately 13.5″ tall, by 8″ in diameter. The Wooden base measures approximately 8 in diameter. This Stunning 1882 Antique Doulton Lambeth Stoneware Pottery is in excellent condition with light wear commensurate age and usage. The lamp is fully operational with two sockets controlled separately by pull chain switches and a cord switch to control the power to the lamp. We disassembled and inspected this lamp for any repairs or others concerns then carefully reassembled it. There are no cracks, or repairs to this lamp.
