Small 3 7/8 Sponged Yellow Ware Creamer Pitcher Stoneware Spongeware
Available for sale is a small miniature sponged yellow ware creamer. The off-white, cream colored creamer is decorated and sponged in a light olive green and tan (burnt rust) coloration. The sponged pattern is uncommon such that it is not intermingled or dispersed, but is in alternating diagonal bands. Quaint size, it measures 3 7/8 in height and dates from 1895 – 1920. Tapered body, small pinched spout. Excellent Condition with no nicks, damage or repairs. This item is in the category “Antiques\Primitives”.
