Rockingham Glazed Yellow Ware Still Penny Bank Figural Cottage Stoneware
Pictured is a novel figural Rockingham glazed yellow ware still bank offered for sale. The small cottage bank is incised & embossed in detail showing the front door, windows, a slate tile roof, & a stone brick surface. There is a wide coin slot on the reverse side. It measures 5 1/8″ in height by 2 3/4″ X 2 7/8 base, & dates from 1880 – 1895. It’s in excellent condition with no nicks, damage or repairs.
