NEAR MINT Antique A. Hull Apricot 11.5 Bowl. A milk bowl fit for a museum! Hull blue and white stoneware bowl shines like it was made yesterday! Hull of Crooksville, Ohio, made this bowl in their Apricot presentation some time between 1905 and 1935. This bowl features thick, conglomerate stoneware with a dappled blue and white salt overglaze over a raised apricot pattern! The inside of the bowl also features a lustrous, white overglaze, with very few signs of use or wear! The original bail handle with wooden handhold is still tightly attached! A spinwheel bottom adds a nice, whimsical touch! This milk bowl is in NEAR MINT condition. The glaze is so lustrous, it looks as if it was produced yesterday! The piece has some very light surface wear to the inside bottom of the piece. A nick or manufacturing flaw is evident on the side, as pointed out in the photo. The wooden hand hold, once painted black, shows some wear and peeling. There are a few, exceptionally minor spots of crazing that are barely visible.
