This is for a vintage hand thrown studio glazed stoneware pottery hanging planter. This is the biggest I personally have come across. This has 3 hanging handles. It had no original macrame hanging material or chain or anything with it. I used cotton braided rope to create a means of hanging with. Use as is or reconfigure or add your own. Top edge of planter to hook appx 21 inches. As stated use or reconfigure or remove. Up to new owner. The planter itself is appx 11 inches in height and has a top diameter of 13 1/4 and a insert diameter of maybe tad over 11 3/4 inch. This one comes to a 4 curve point at bottom. Note , this one has a hole in the center of that area. Someone has placed some type of green thick, sticky floral stuff in the bottom of the pot. I never took time to remove it. This does Not stop water from dripping. You still must use a drip pan under plant. I believe maybe at one time it did stop water but no longer. There is no damage to this piece. Under one of the handle hangers it is signed O Hay. This one has ribbed areas around planter in colors of browns, tans and with maybe a hint of Ivory/Cement coloring backdrop. Beautiful oversized large hanging planter. Please see all photos closely as part of description. Be sure this is hung securely off wall stud or ceiling supports that can hold weight.
