Thank We are happy to offer for your consideration an antique French Cruche. 13 tall by 10 wide It has a lovely traditional ocher yellow glaze. Handmade in the south of France. It is in excellent antique condition. No cracks or repairs at all. These crunches were used quite commonly in the provincial region of France. This particular one was found one region over to the east and was preserved as a family heirloom instead of being used for carrying water as it was designed. We are very fortunate because this maintained its excellent condition. If you have any questions, please let us know. Its in excellent condition with few small signs of wear and age. A very slight amount of glaze loss. Crazing that would be expected for a piece of its age. Otherwise it is an absolutely excellent condition. I rarely find an older one Of these gargoulettes in such good condition. From our home in the French alps to yours.
