Excellent Vintage Condition for Majolica: You will see that it has minor crazing it shows a repair spot on the rim edge but not large or in the front. It shows at some point the base was off fixed re-glued and then glued back on. The piece originally would have been made in two parts and attached. This is one extraordinary stand. Mostly a Cobalt Blue and the life like Gator is impressive. The Gator is swallowing the Sun. Measurements: 25-1/2 inches tall x 7-5/8 in top x 10 inch base.
