The jug is in great condition. There are no breaks, or repair marks on the jug. However, there are some very tiny hair lines in the bottom inside. They do not appear to be cracks as they do not show on the outside. Also, there are some places where a piece of stoneware is simply missing or it was not smooth when they put the color and glaze on the crock. This is not from damage but the maker. While the markings are virtually impossible to see, according to a reference this jug is from Red Wing. Also, the jug does have the foot base. Also, it has a one quart capacity. This little jug is in awesome condition and would make a great addition to any collection. The crock jug weighs 25.8 oz. The crock jug measures 5.75 tall x 4.5 across the base x 2.5 wide across the rim from out to outside. Want to see more items in our store? As is common with pre-owned items they could have little marks that are not so easily detectable. While I do personally inspect each item, I can miss small marks that may not show up with regular inside light. Just to help for peace of mind it is often good to remember that vintage wear and rub marks are virtually on anything preowned to a little or big extent. We try to faithfully point out concerns so that you have no “0” surprises when your treasure arrives. Please pay close attention to the pictures as they may show more than I can explain. Hence, sometimes we can bump your package up to priority because it costs practically the same. It all depends on the postal service and destination.
