It dates from the late 19th to early 20th century and comes from the Savoie area of France and is in excellent condition. No cracks; no hairlines, no chips. The glaze has worn off around the rim and in spots on the handle revealing the red clay below. Glaze loss also in the bottom interior and two fingertip spots on the outside Color is outstanding.
